Printing, laser cutting, assembly, epoxy pouring and packing all happen in the same building — nothing is subcontracted out.
Built for repeat programmes
Colour standards and cutting templates are kept on file, so a reorder two seasons later matches the first run.

Carton marking, barcodes and shipping documents prepared to your specification, with EXW, FOB or DDP terms.

From your artwork to a packed carton
Four stages, in one workshop, under one roof.

Artwork & proofing
We check resolution, colour and bleed, then return a digital proof for your approval.

Printing & laser cutting
The artwork is printed onto the MDF core at photo quality, then laser-cut to each shape.

Assembly & epoxy pouring
The magnetic backing is set into each piece, then epoxy is cast over it and left to cure to a glass-clear dome.

Inspection & packing
Every batch is checked against the approved sample, then packed to your design — blisters, backing cards, gift boxes and export cartons.
